The Owatonna Marching Band wrapped up the Wenger Band Festival Saturday afternoon by marching through the downtown streets. Twelve bands from all over the state performed in the festival. The grand champion and people’s choice awards went to the 728 Cadets, who also earned top in Class AAA.

Investigators with the Steele County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol reconstruct the crash scene Friday afternoon in which two vehicles collided at SE 64th Avenue and SE 38th Street on the east side of Steele County just down the road from Aurora Lutheran Church.
